Kara Heil is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She has training and experience in diagnosing and treating emotional and behavioral concerns in adults, adolescents and children ages 3 and older.  She frequently utilizes play and art interventions in her work with children.  Her focus areas include anxiety, depression, stage of life changes and trauma.
