I am a partner at Chrysalis and one of the founders of this practice.   I am a clinical member of AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervising Counselor. I have over 30 years experience as a mental health professional working with individuals, couples and families, and I have published as well as presented in the field of marriage and family therapy. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, grief and spirituality.

I have always had a passion for working with clients.  For me, it is an honor to take part in another's journey, even if only for a short while.  My goal for each and every client is to be a facilitator in assisting them to achieve personal growth.
